LM Tech WiFi Billing
A cloud-based system for managing paid internet access across hotspot and broadband networks — packages, payments, vouchers, customers and reporting in one place.

What it does
LM Tech WiFi Billing manages paid internet access across hotspot and broadband networks. It handles the part that is hard to do by hand: selling access, taking the money, letting the right device online, cutting it off when the package ends, and keeping a record of all of it.
It runs in the cloud, so you and your agents work from a browser and the routers on your sites take their instructions from the platform.
Capabilities
Everything the day needs
-
Package sales
Define the access packages you sell — by time, by data, or by device — and let customers buy them from the captive portal.
-
Mobile Money payments
Customers pay with Mobile Money and access is granted once the payment is confirmed, without anyone having to be at the counter.
-
Vouchers
Generate vouchers in batches or one at a time, print them, and track which have been sold, used or are still valid.
-
Agents and point of sale
Give agents their own logins to sell packages and vouchers, and see what each of them sold.
-
Customer management
Keep customer records, their packages and their history in one place, instead of in a notebook or a phone.
-
PPPoE renewals
Manage broadband customers on PPPoE — renewals, expiry and reconnection — alongside your hotspot users.
-
Managed device access
Control which devices are allowed on the network and for how long, and release or re-bind a device when a customer changes phone.
-
Free-trial campaigns
Run a limited free-trial offer to get new users onto the network, with the limits you set.
-
SMS notifications
Notify customers about their purchase, their package or an expiry by SMS.
-
Wallet and withdrawals
Track what has been collected in your wallet and request withdrawals of your balance.
-
Revenue reporting
See what sold, when, through which agent or package, and how the numbers move over time.
-
Router monitoring
See which of your routers are reachable and what they are doing, so you notice a problem before your customers call.
MikroTik load balancing
Two or more internet lines on one router
If you buy bandwidth from more than one provider, the platform can help a single MikroTik router use those lines together. Customer connections are distributed across the available lines, a line that has failed is taken out of rotation, and new connections are routed through the lines that are healthy.
You can watch each line's status, uptime and performance, and see the combined traffic passing across all of them.
What this does not do. Load balancing spreads connections across lines. It does not merge two lines into one faster connection — a single download still uses one line at a time. And when a line goes down, the sessions already running on it are interrupted before they move; new connections go to a healthy line, but existing ones can drop.
